Taking over a system installed by a previous company

Keen for Red. Security® Systems to take over your system? Here’s how it works:

We discuss your security needs with you and assess the suitability of your existing CCTV or intruder alarm.
Make recommendations as to upgrades, compatibility and sustainability, eg. if any parts of your system are now obsolete. We will always try and retain as much of your existing system as possible, if not all of it.
Replace, renew or service parts of the system as required, including a new external bell for all new alarm customers.
Ensure the system is fully compliant, fit for purpose and confirm takeover of the system by Red. Security® Systems.

Servicing your security system

We strongly recommend you have your system serviced every year as poor maintenance can greatly reduce it’s lifespan (for example, deteriorating battery health).

Our standard service is carried out following British Standard 9263 2016 and our engineers will test the system’s efficiency, reliability and battery life, notifying you of any defects and issuing you with a full report.
